Camp Frequently Asked Questions

 

Our daily camp limit is 30 kids. We schedule for an 8 : 1  child to coach ratio. Please register ahead so we can schedule appropriate number of staff and to reserve your space so you don’t get turned away.

 

  1. What should my child bring and wear to camp each day?

Your child should wear and bring:

  • Layered clothes for cooler morning drop offs. 

  • Comfortable clothing that allows for active learning. Socks and close-toed tennis shoes. 

  • A change of clothes. While often these are not needed, we plan for just in case. 

  • Refillable water bottle. Lunch - Monday - Thursday. Refrigeration is available.  

  • Fridays are on us! We order pizza (cheese, pepperoni).

  • Extra snacks if your child likes particular food (we provide apples, oranges, and gummy snacks) 

  • Please leave electronics at home. No phones, tablets or other electronics are allowed during camp hours. Cell phones must be checked in with a coach. 

  • Fill out medical needs at registration and discuss at checkin. It's really important that we are aware of allergies and emergency contacts. This form is shared during registration. 

Cancelation Policy​

  • Camps cancelled with at least 7 days before start of reservation can receive a full credit or refund (with $10 refund charge) for camp.

  • If a customer cancels camp reservation within 7 days or less before reservation start, customer may receive credit based on circumstances.

  • If reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of camp, no credit or refund will be given.
