Our 3v3 tournaments have been a blast—and they're back!

This Thanksgiving season, bring your soccer family together for The Great Thanksgiving Youth 3v3 Showdown at Maracana Indoor Sports Arena.

Build your squad and get ready for a day of fast-paced soccer, friendly competition, big plays, and plenty of fun. With small-sided games, more touches, and nonstop action, 3v3 gives every player the opportunity to get involved and make an impact.

Every team is guaranteed 4 games, including a playoff game, with top teams battling their way to the championship.

Come compete, have fun, and celebrate the game we love with the Maracana community.

 

🏆 Tournament Format

Teams will compete in 4-team divisions, with each division featuring:

• 3 round-robin games

• Semifinals

• Championship Final

• 4 games guaranteed for every team

• 18-minute running-clock games

• 4–6 players per roster

 

Every team advances to the playoff round, so everyone gets a chance to compete for the championship!

Championship teams will receive trophies/medals, along with special awards recognizing players and teams who make the event about more than just the score.

🕐 Two Tournament Sessions

To keep the tournament fun, organized, and moving, teams will play in one of two 5-hour tournament sessions:

• AM Session: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

• PM Session: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

 

Maximum Capacity

24 teams per session — 48 teams total

Teams will be organized into 4-team divisions based on age, gender, skill level, and registration numbers. Final divisions and session placement will be announced once registration is complete.

 

💰 Registration

Early Bird: $175/team
Early-Bird Deadline: November 1st

Regular Registration: $199/team

$50 deposit required to reserve your spot.

Registration Deadline: November 15th

Space is limited, and divisions will fill as teams register!

3 v 3 soccer means more touches, more decisions, more movement, and more fun.

With fewer players on the field, every player has an opportunity to be involved in the action. It's a great format for players who love to compete — and a great way to bring friends together for a Thanksgiving weekend soccer experience.
