Using ESA Funds for Youth Programs at Maracana Indoor Sports Arena

Maracana Indoor Sports Arena is proud to be an approved ESA vendor, and we welcome families who wish to use their Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funds to enroll in any of our youth programs.

We currently accept ESA for the following offerings:

  • Summer Camps & Break Camps

  • Lil’ Kickers & Soccer Skills Classes

  • Youth Padel Classes & Clinics

 How to Use ESA at Maracana

1. ESA Debit Card – Fastest & Easiest Option

If you have an ESA debit card, you can register your child directly online at www.tucsonsoccer.com.
🔹 Create a separate account with a unique email address for each child using ESA funds.
🔹 Once the account is set up, you can sign up for classes and camps like any other customer using the ESA debit card at checkout.

2. Class Wallet – Requires Advance Notice

If you do not have an ESA debit card, we can help you pay through Class Wallet.

To use Class Wallet:

  • Email us at Youthprograms@tucsonsoccer.com at least 7 days before the start of your selected class, camp, or session.

  • We will provide you with an official invoice to submit for approval through Class Wallet.

  • Once your payment is approved, we’ll finalize registration on our end.

📌 Note:
Requests made less than 7 days before the start date may need to be paid out of pocket. We will still provide you with a receipt for reimbursement submission through Class Wallet.

Important ESA Notes for Maracana Youth Programs

  • Single Classes are not covered by Class Wallet. These must be paid out of pocket. We can provide a receipt for reimbursement.

  • Sibling Discounts are only applied if both children are registered in the same transaction. If using separate ESA debit cards or separate accounts, the discount does not apply automatically.

  • Receipts & Invoices must be requested within 3 months of the program date. Requests received after 3 months may not be honored.

  • Refunds: ESA purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please email us and we’ll explore possible credits or makeup options on a case-by-case basis.
