
Parties + Events
Whether you’re planning a birthday party, team celebration, corporate gathering, graduation, watch party, or private event, Maracana Indoor Sports Arena offers flexible event packages designed to bring people together through play, community, food, and fun. We have packages with and without field options.
Our most popular packages below are a great starting point for smaller groups. We host customized events and parties for up to 200 guests. For events larger than 40 guests, we recommend reaching out directly so we can help create the experience that best fits your group’s needs, space requirements, and budget. Food + Drink
Maracana does not have a full-service kitchen, so you are welcome to bring in your catering of choice. The Bench Bar + Cafe can provide beverage service for your event, including beer and wine options. Please note that wine selections must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. Per liquor regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. We can arrange a cash bar, or help you organize drink tickets or hosted bar options for your guests. Wine service is available by advance order only and must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Wine selections will be added to your final invoice based on the agreed order quantity and pricing. Due to vendor ordering requirements, special wine orders may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Package 3: Special Event
If you’re planning an event with more than 40 attendees (participants and guests), or just need help determining your event needs, please email and our team will help you create a seamless and memorable experience.

As of May 2026, we’re excited to offer our new semi-private event space, featuring TVs and seating for 100+ guests. It’s the perfect setting for birthday parties, corporate team-building events, team meetings, and more.

WHAT YOUR PARTY INCLUDES:

Party Package price for field

The number of participants included varies per field reservation.

2 total hours for field and tables for cake and celebration.

Families are welcome to bring outside food and drinks (non-alcoholic) and decorations.

4 (6 person) tables plus field side seating for party activities, 1-2 tables for food. (most people bring table covers)

Anyone entering the fields/courts is required to have a participant waiver. Please fill out waivers by clicking on "Participant Waiver".

You are welcome to come up to 30 minutes before your party start time to set up. Our staff can help you set up any decorations and food you bring, and welcome and sign in your guests.

Upon Request Only: Party Coach ($20 add-on) runs games and supports party organization, this position cannot babysit young children, parents must be involved/watch children younger than 4 years old).

MARACANA PARTY TIMELINE:​

1 hr 50 minutes of playtime: 1-2 games by free play. If a party coach has been requested ahead of time, the coach can lead requested games.

Fields are cleared off 10 minutes before the end of the two hours to clean. Participants full 2 hours at tables for food and celebration. Families are asked to wrap up their party by the end of your scheduled reservation.

Tipping: If you feel your party coach has done a wonderful job, you are welcome to tip them directly.
Party refund policy: Full refund (minus $20 booking fee) available up to 2 weeks before party date. If canceled within the 48 hour window, full $75 deposit will be charged.
